Set in Pericles’ imaginary town of Widjimorphup, this show humorously critiques the art world through the eyes of Tiggy Puggenheim, a parody on the high-society art patron Peggy Guggenheim. To bring this fictional town to life, live actors will inhabit the gallery space, allowing guests to engage with Widjimorphup’s eccentric characters, making the event a tangible experience.
This Exhibition is a playful and immersive revival of Leon Pericles’ iconic 1995 satirical touring event “The Piggy Guggenheim Collection”. Perfect for art lovers with a taste for satire, the show invites viewers to experience Tiggy’s return, providing a unique opportunity to acquire hard-tofind pieces.
