Evolved again through travel and Rob’s desire to find where he was from, Rob digests his genealogy and the passage to reconnect in all different forms. His journey, captured by the painting ‘Safari’, was like a period of toiling away on a tough journey of discovery and discovering the ‘Dual Citizenship’ prize at the end of the jungle.

Artist Statement:
“My work explores the relationship between the mind and the essence of tangibility. At first glance it seems like pure abstraction of form and colour; not quite landscape – not quite realism. Interpretation is the conscious control of our emotions – the rest is up to the observer.”
